What shipping methods do you offer?
- We offer Free Shipping on orders over $35
- Flat rate shipping on orders under $14.99 of $2.99
- Flat rate shipping on orders between $15 - $34.99 of $3.99
We only ship within the contiguous USA. This does not includes Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO, and DPO addresses.
How long does it take to process orders?
Orders are fulfilled within 4-6 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
How do I track my order?
When your order ships from our fulfillment center, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number for your shipment.
Am I able to return an order if I am not satisfied?
How do I enter a promotion or discount code?
The promo or discount code must be entered in the discount box at checkout in order for the discount to be applied. Only one promo code can be used per order, and in some cases, codes may only be redeemed once. Unfortunately, we are unable to apply promo codes once an order has been placed. We additionally, can’t apply them to prior purchases. All promo codes are available for a limited time and while supplies last. Expired codes are no longer valid and cannot be used. Promotional codes have no cash value.
What payment options do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover, Sezzle, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.

Do I have to pay sales tax on my order?
Sales tax will be collected in line with local tax rates.
How will I receive my order confirmation?
After an order is placed, an order confirmation email is sent to the email address provided during order placement. The order confirmation email includes the order number and all of the order details. Once an order confirmation is received it means your order is being processed and cannot be canceled. A shipment confirmation email is sent once the order ships from the fulfillment center. The shipment confirmation email includes the shipping tracking number and all of the order details.
Can I cancel an order after it has been placed?
We are unable to cancel or modify an order after it's been submitted since we aim to process all orders as soon as possible. If you have any questions about your order, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
For security purposes, we are unable to re-direct a shipped parcel to a secondary shipping address. If a shipper is unable to complete delivery to the original shipping address provided, the parcel will be returned to the fulfillment center and processed as a return.
Do you offer subscriptions?
You have the option to purchase most items on Aquage.com with a subscription, that repeats at the shipping frequency you select.
