Order modifications can only be made before the order ships, so it’s important to reach out as soon as possible after placing your order.

2. Contact our Customer Care Team
Email us at support@aquage.com or fill out the Contact Us form with the following information:

  • Your Order Number

  • The change you’d like to make (e.g. update a shipping address, add/remove a product, change a quantity)

3. Wait for confirmation
Our team will review your request and confirm if the change can be made. If your order has not yet been processed, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

4. Too late to modify?
If your order has already shipped, we’re unable to make changes. Sorry for the inconvenience.
