How to Cancel an Order

We get it—sometimes you change your mind! Here’s how to request an order cancellation on Aquage.com:

Step 1: Log Into Your Account

• Go to Aquage.com and click the Account icon in the top right corner.

• Enter your email and password to sign in.

Step 2: Go to “My Orders”

• Click “My Orders” to see your recent purchases.

Step 3: Locate the Order You Want to Cancel

• Find the order you'd like to cancel and note the order number and details.

Step 4: Contact Us Immediately

• Email our customer care team at customerservice@aquage.com with your order number and request to cancel.

• Be sure to reach out as soon as possible—our team works quickly to get your order shipped!

• If your order has already been processed or shipped, we may not be able to cancel it.
