Having Trouble with Your Hairspray Cap or Pump? Here’s What to Do
We know how frustrating it can be when your favorite hairspray or styling product won’t spray properly. At Aquage, we stand behind the quality of our products—but occasionally, caps or pumps can get damaged during shipping or stop working due to environmental conditions. Here’s what you can do if you run into an issue.
Common Issues
1. Broken Cap or Pump
Our hairsprays and pump-style products are salon-quality, but in rare cases, a pump or spray cap can become damaged in transit or stop functioning. If you’re experiencing this, we’re here to assist.
2. Product Won’t Spray? It Could Be the Temperature
If your hairspray isn’t spraying and the packaging looks intact, check where it’s been stored. Aerosol products stored in cold temperatures can clog or stop functioning properly.
To prevent this, always store your Aquage products at room temperature.
